Currently the user is free to control the play mode, with the defult set to Playthrough.

I'd like the creator to be able to set the play mode option:

1. Offer Playthrough, Repeat, OR Pause at the end of steps ONLY (no user selection showing)

AND another option:

2. Creator can allow the user to choose (in the same way they can now) BUT the creator can set the default to Playthrough, Repeat, or Pause.
