Creator can set the play mode option (set default or remove viewer play more selection)

Currently the user is free to control the play mode, with the defult set to Playthrough. I'd like the creator to be able to set the play mode option: 1. Offer Playthrough, Repeat, OR Pause at the end of steps ONLY (no user selection showing) AND another option: 2. Creator can allow the user to choose (in the same way they can now) BUT the creator can set the default to Playthrough, Repeat, or Pause.
